Niagara Falls Frozen

From Photos that changed the world. A collection of photographs which are said to have changed the world. What's interesting is that these events happened, whether they had been photographed or not. However, their dissemination through the media has essentially changed our knowledge and feelings towards these moments captured in time. In 1911, apparantly Niagra Falls froze over. Whilst this has perhaps less impact than the majority of photos on the site, it is nonetheless a demonstration of natures power.
